Dermatix ointment twice daily for three weeks You would also have to wear a bra at all times and possibly a compression belt over the breast Simple activities which require physical effort and exertion might also be forbidden to ensure faster healing Naturally any type of exercise is prohibited within the first six weeks after the surgery; and in the first three months using a solarium going into a sauna and sunbathing are not allowed

As for facelifts you would also be required to change the dressing every other day and to clean the wound with salicylic spirit (alcohol) and perhydrol liquid and to apply Nitrofurazon or Betadine as an antibiotic ointment Around ten days from the operation you would be required to come back in for the removal of the stitches Sunbathing and using a sauna are also not permitted within the first three months and you would also be advised to avoid being in high temperatures for about six months As for pain management Ketonal may also be prescribed
